 – Digital Marketing: Refunds are applicable only if campaigns were not launched or major technical errors occurred due to our fault.
 – SEO Services: Refunds apply if no work was initiated or reports show non-performance within the first month.
 – Software Development: Refunds apply for undelivered modules or failure to meet defined functional requirements.
 


 3. Non-Refundable Situations
 
 Refunds are not granted if:
 – Project scope was altered mid-development.
 – Delay occurred due to client-side inaction or third-party dependencies.
 – The service has been fully or substantially delivered.
 


 4. Process and Timeline
 
 Clients must submit a written refund request within 7 business days of issue detection. Our review team evaluates all requests within 5–10 business days.
 Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method or as project credit.
 


 5. Partial Refunds
